Earfun Air pro 3 is a disaster - left Earbud is not working/Charging

Seriously frustrated right now! My Earfun earbuds have gone haywire after just 5 months! The left earbud isn't working, and when I put it in the case to charge, it's as dead as a doornail. No sound, no charge - it's like a zombie earbud.

 

I trusted your brand, ditched JBL, and now I regret it big time. Your so-called support is a joke; I followed every troubleshooting step on your community, zero luck! Sent my bill via email for warranty, and guess what? Radio silence from your end!

 

What's the deal, Earfun? Do I need to take this to the consumer court? I need a fix or a replacement ASAP. Get your act together!
