EarFun Air Pro 3 Left Earbud Works Fine Then Goes Silent

Hi EarFun,

I've been using your EarFun Air Pro 3 headphones for roughly six months, and I've never had any problems. But recently, whenever I connect the earbuds and begin using them to listen to music, the left earbud will work fine for roughly 2 minutes and then go dead silent. I'm not sure what the issue is because there's no change in volume when it is working, and the right earbud still works as normal. They are both charging and connecting properly.
