Earfun air pro not connecting

I can't connect my earfun air pro to any new device; after connecting them to my pc I tried to do the same to my phone but the earbuds don't go in pairing mode. I tried to rese them but even that doesn't work; I guess the problem might be the case button. 

Any help?

Can the case be charged normally? If not, please kindly follow the below steps to try. 

 

Under this circumstance for trouble-shooting, we would suggest you use our original usb-c cable and try switching different cables also even sockets to exclude the reasons of external factors.  If you have a wireless charger, could you please try charging the case for 3.5 hours via it? We kindly suggest you try to adjust the place and put the case in the center of the charger.

 

Reboot your device and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:

 

Step 1. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device. 

Step 2. Place both earbuds into the charging case. Please confirm that the indicator light flashes in white once you put the earbuds into the charging case.

Step 3. Keep the charging case open and double press the charging case button, the pairing indicator will flash white rapidly, just wait for the flash white transfer to flash white and green alternately, the earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 4. Search and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro".
