Earfun Air S AMBIENT SOUND mode

Hi, i'm a musician and a I was so happy to use my Earfun Air Pro to study music. The Ambient sound mode, to study, is great on Earfun Air Pro. I download the Earfun Audio app to personlize it, but it can't connect to the Earfun Air Pro so i decided to buy the new Earfun Air S and... now, the Ambient Sound mode is working not so well as with Earfun Air pro and, unfurtunatly, you cannot modify it using the app. This is really a pity! It would be nice to have the ability to change the microphone volume using the Ambient Sound mode. How can I fix this problem?

We kindly suggest you switch to other ear tips we offer to you and then wiggle tightly the earbuds to the best place to wear to have a try.

Will you never add the ability to change the volume of the ambient sound or just give two or three different volume options to choose? It would be great!
I'd be enough to have the same ambient sound volume there is with the Earfun Air pro...
