Earfun Air S Right Earbud Stopped Working.

I have had the Earfun Air S for about six months now, and have enjoyed using them. However, one day, I was using them with no problems in the morning. But when I tried using them again later that day, the right earbud would not turn on. I have tried leaving them in the case for hours in hopes that it would fix the problem however it did not work. I have also tried cleaning the contact points, charging, and resetting the earbuds however there have been no positive outcomes up to this day. Any recommendations on what to do?

Hi Team,

    I am facing same issue. left earbud ws working fine initially. All othe sudden it is not connectable. I bought Earfun Air Pro3 as a bundle product along with Apple iPhone 15 Promax from iStudio Singapore.. In that case is it ok to provide the product Unique ID in the warrenty page ?
