I just got the new Air S and on the app it says there is a firmware update available from version 0.4.9 to 0.5.1. However, when i press update and the process is complete (the earbuds reboot and everything), it still says im on version 0.4.9. The earbuds are fully charged and i followed the instructions such as dont play music, do not exit interface or dont put them in the case.

I have the same problem.
can you help me, please?
It's updating now, factory reset solved it :)
I purchased EarFun Air S about two weeks ago. I've been unable to do a firmware update via the EarFun Audio app.
When I select "Firmware Version", I get a message "Network connection failed". App is unable to connect to the network. I have my wifi turned on. I even tried it using cellular network only, but I still got the same error message. See image below.
Current firmware ver: 0.0.50 <<--- is this the most recent version? Unable to find any info on your website.
EarFun Audio app version: 11.4.20230209
UPDATE 2.16.2023: Earfun support did reach out to me, but I can't find the response now.
Anyway, returning the earbuds, because they won't stay connected to my Firestick 4K.
After 10 minutes, they power down. I've tried numerous things, but they keep disconnecting. They stay connected to my Pixel6 just fine. Overall, not a bad model, but I don't like how multipoint works and the fact they won't stay connected to the Firestick. It happens.

What was the support's answare regarding the firmware update? Is 0.0.50 the latest version, and what about that network connection error?
