Earfun airpro 3 left side earbud issues

I just recently purchased earfun airpro 3 I liked the earphones but one issue keeps bugging me, I usually sleep on my sides when wearing the buds but when a pressure is put on one of the earbud the left earbud stops working, though it's starts working right after I take off the pressure, my question is why only the left side earbud and no right side of I put pressure on anyside and does this stop working means my earfun device is getting bad? I spend very hard earned money to buy these, I don't want these to go waste please if available respond

May I ask if there is no touch operation but will the left earphone work normally as soon as the pressure is removed?

yes the left earbud will work as intended if the pressure is removed. Also, I disabled all touch operations such as play/pause music  through the official earfun app. I'm concerned if this is a quality issue or needs any correction. I'm also writing to report another issue, after a full charge on the earphones box I remove the earphones and connect with my phone but always the left earbud charge is only charged to 90 percent whereas the right one is 100 percent charged always which I can see from the earfun official app, is this a quality issue? I always charged them equally and see this issue
