Earfun pro 3 slow pairing

Hey,

I have the Air pro 3 & the Air pro 2 .

For some reason the Air pro 3 takes double the amount of time to pair with my phone when i take them out of the charging case.

This porblem has been consistant, tested both earphones with the same phone over 50 times.. the Air pro 2 connects almost immediately before it reaches my ear.. the Air pro 3 take over 10 second to connect each time!

I have the same issue, my air pro 3 may take 10 secodns before paring with my phone Samsung Galaxy A52S. 

What do you mean, in what mode our device is?

Hello, 

 

Sorry for the late reply but I did not get any email or notification for your answer.

 

The bluetooth version of my Samsung A52s 5G is (5.0, A2DP, LE) as per gsmarena.com  https://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_a52s_5g-11039.php

 

I have already updated firmware version to 0.4.9 of earfun air pro 3, reset and recomnect to my phone
