Hello I have just bought the new EarFun  Air Pro 3. I have been playing with the tuning via the app, but I would love to have more control making adjustments. I think these buds area great value for money, but there's a potential getting more out of them soundwise. I'm not completely happy with the frequency response - no matter what eartips I use and adjustments I made via the app. The transition from mids to highs is not completely smooth to me and the frequency response is overall  a bit rough for me.

Would it be possible to add like q factor control  so smaller adjustments can be made? I'm most happy with a full parametric EQ where frequency bands  and q factor can be adjusted.

I am also noticing quite a big EQ shift (to me) when I turn on ANC mode. I would love to see that improved with a future upgrade.

I also notice when holding down the touch control to switch to ANC I sometimes get this loud high pitch noise from the buds, possibly my finger is interfering with the mics?

Thank you for being this open to feedback of the customer :)

Hi friend,

Thanks for your message and suggestions. We will give feedback to our product team.

As for the noise, we are afraid that it is a common phenomenon of noise-canceling headphones. We have tested and found that adjusting/touching the earbuds with a specific strength and a specific angle may trigger this noise. We recommend that you adjust/touch the earbuds gently with light pressure.

Thanks again for your support. Hope you could enjoy the earbuds as much as you can.

Sincerely,

EarFun Customer Service Team
