I downloaded the software but can't find the open upgrade tool. It's installed on my computer but no icon is on my desktop or any folder from which I can access the upgrade tool. Where is it? In which folder is it luking
Is there any chance you could upload a youtube video on how to upgrade the firmware?

During installation, you can choose which folder to place the software in. Please try to search "多媒体量产工具" on your computer. If you still cannot find it, please reinstall it and make sure the installation is successful.
