hello i just got my earbud air pro 3 it connects to my tablet via bluetooth fine i can hear audio. I downloaded the earfun app because i want to enable the gaming mode and eq settings. However, when i press the add product button, it goes to set up your device with a air pro 3 picture and at the bottom it said device not on the list? none of those options will load up the earbud onto the app.
i dont understand what im doing wrong.
