I bought the air pro sv for their wind reduction capabilities. However I have never had a earphone with so much wind noise. Is there a way to activate this feature or is it just marketing?

There are three modes (Normal, Noise cancelling, Ambient Sound) for Air Pro SV. With the anti-wind noise duct design and QuietSmart™ 2.0 anti-wind noise algorithm, it has a certain wind noise reduction effect. We are sorry that it didn't meet your expectations.
We kindly suggest you try switching other ear tips we offer to you and then wiggle tightly the earbuds to the best place to wear.

Check if you have switched to ambient sound mode.
