As for the issue you encountered, we kindly suggest you try the below steps.
1. We suggest you press and hold the power button for 15s at least to reboot the speaker, use our original usb-c cable and try switching different cables also even sockets to charge it for around 5 hours to see whether it will work.
2. Reset and reconnect the speaker. You may follow the below reset and reconnect instructions for ref.
a. Unpair the speakers from your Bluetooth-enabled device and delete the old connection on your device.
b. You can press and hold the “Volume +” and “Volume –” buttons simultaneously for 5s at least until the power-on button flashes in light pink or purple and the indicating sound comes up.
*If this speaker becomes out of control and can’t power off, you can press and hold the power button for 8s at least to reboot.
