Left ear bud not working. Really inconsistent pairing.

I have had 2 previous versions of earfun earbuds and have been really pleased. But this new Pro 3 has been really poor since buying less than a week ago (broke one of the previous buds)

The left earbud has a complete mind of its own and has since stopped working. The pairing is really inconsistent also. I have a Samsung A71 and have no issues connecting to any other device.

Reseting does not work.

Can you advise how to fix the issue as I want to give this brand the benefit of the doubt.
