Left Earbud has no sound and doesn't seem to recharge

History:

- Both earbuds working fine for 9 months

- Both earbuds power down due to running out of battery (descending tones)

- Recharge both and case overnight

- Connects via bluetooth but right ear only has music but left has voice for switching Noise cancelling from Normal - Ambient - Noise reduction on

- After about 10 mins the left earbud powers down (descending tone)

- Left earbud doesn't seem to recharge in the case.

Please help - these have been great until now and are only 9 months old

As for the issue you encountered, we kindly suggest you try the below steps.

 

1. Please use the charging cable to charge the case for 2 hours.

 

2. A. Use a toothpick to gently clean the metal contacts on the earbuds and charging case to avoid dust or wax stains;

B. Clean the contacts of the earbuds and the charging case with an alcohol cotton swab; (especially the groove of the earbud contacts);

C. Rub them with clean napkins, press the earbuds with forces to eliminate loose contact with the case and charge them around 1.5 hours to try it out. (Ensure the case has enough battery life simultaneously).

 

3. Reboot your device and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:

 

Step 1. Place both earbuds into the charging case. Please confirm that the indicator light flashes in white once you put the earbuds into the charging case.

Step 2. Keep the charging case open and double press the charging case button, the pairing indicator will flash white rapidly, just waiting for the flash white transfer to flash white and green alternately, then earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 3. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro".

When I complete step #3 step 1, the indicator light doesn't flash in white once.  I have the EarFun Air Pro 2 Wireless Earbuds, should I be following different instructions?  Thanks!
