Left earbud stopped working

Hello,

On 21 July 2023 I purchased a pair of EarFun Air Pro 3. I always treated them with care (they were never dropped), and only occasionally used them (mostly while traveling). Some days ago, the left earbud stopped working, thought it was charged normally. I tried charging it again, but that didn't help. No leds light up anymore, also not when attempting a reset (only the right bud shows blue, red or purple). The right earbud is functioning normally. I also tried cleaning the earbud, but it was not dirty and all contact points are shiny.

Another user (Lucas) posted a similar story earlier, but I don't know what came of that (customer support asked to contact them). The product should still be under warranty (bought on Amazon Belgium).
