Do both earbuds have the same issue? Does the noise occur in all three modes (ANC, ambient sound and normal mode)? Does the noise of the earbuds last forever regardless of the environment? For example, in an environment with strong interference.
We kindly suggest you reboot your device and then reset and reconnect the earbuds.
Step 1: Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.
Step 2: Place both earbuds into the charging case.
Step 3: Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for at least 10s until both earbuds flash in purple, then earbuds have been reset successfully.
Step 4: Search and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro 3".
Note: After flashing purple, the earbuds will flash blue quickly. Do not take the earbuds at this time, wait for the earbuds to flash blue light slowly, and then search the earbuds on your device and connect.
We also suggest you try to connect the earbuds to other models of devices to test whether it is still the same situation. Please also switch other ear tips we offer to you and then wiggle tightly the earbuds to the best place to wear and clean the sound hole and the microphone hole to make sure they are not blocked by dirt.
