Low volume problem

I just bought Earfun Air Pro 3 from Amazon and found that it has a very low volume. I have installed and configured the app and tried everything but still, it's not up to the mark.  I tried with 100% volume, both on my phone and mac but got very disappointing results.

I am using a normal wired headset (around Rs. 800 or below) and it has a better sound than this.

Please help.

Regards,

Dileep MT

Have you tried  touching right earbud to increase the volume?

Somehow, the volume between earbuds and devices can be separated sometimes.

Yes, I have tried.  The phone volume is in sync with the device volume. When I increase the volume through the earfun device, it actually increases the volume on the phone.

I have checked reviews and comments on Amazon and all. It seems that I have a faulty device.

Returned the product and bought Realme Buds Air 5 pro. It is superb in sound quality. To be honest, I liked many physical factors of Earfun. But they are missing one important crucial factor - sound quality.

I had the same problem and before the recent update they were synchronized with my device volume but not anymore. You need to increase the volume on them too now
