My earbuds are stuck to the right microphone

I've had my EarFun air 4 pros since April and have enjoyed them thus far but now it seems my earbuds are stuck to the microphone on the right earbud no matter what I do I've tried factory reset, I've tried setting them to the left bud, ive tried a normal reset, I've tried everything I can but the mic is stuck on the right bud and I know that's Whats happening cause even when it's only the left bud active and I try the mic it is muffled and gets louder when I bring the case with the right bud in it closer to me there was an instance where it randomly worked as it should but idk how that happened or how I can replicate it.
