My earfun active noise cancelling earbuds - voice does not go through sometimes when i am on zoom call

Hello Team,

 

I have constant issues while using earfun active noise cancelling earbuds. My colleagues keep telling me that my voice keeps on cutting when i speak. I have to readjust them on my ear and  sometimes it starts working sometimes they dont. Not sure what's the issue here.

I always connect my earbuds with my mac and use it for my office zoom calls. I have bought this earbuds with lots of hope and really like the sleek design of it. Request you to kindly help me , what can i do to ensure my voice always goes through my earbuds and reach others on the call. 

 

The sound quality when i am listening is amazing.

hello team,

Order number is 114-3712435-0551436 , i had ordered this from Amazon. Environment near me while attending zoom meeting calls is absolutely disturbance free. I attend these calls from my home. I usually use these only for my office zoom meeting.
