My left EarFun Air Earbud won't play any sound even when the right one is connected

I got my EarFun Air earbuds a couple days ago and I'm already having problems. Sometimes when I take both of the earbuds out of the case and connect them to my device, the left one won't play any sound. I put both of them back in  the case and it doesn't work still. I put just the left one in the case and it still doesn't work.  Usually after a couple minutes in the case they both start working again, but it is still very annoying. 

I also can't figure out how to reset the earbuds. I know you have to press the button on the earbuds while in the charging case for at least 8s, but nothing happens when I try it. Because of the design of the case, half of the button is in the case where I can't press down on it. I have tried pressing what part of it I can but nothing happens. They both keep blinking blue. I don't know if this is a problem with me or the earbuds but it is very frustrating. Thank you for whatever help you can give me.

As for the issue you encountered, we kindly suggest you try the below steps.

 

1. Please use the charging cable to charge the case for 2 hours.

 

2. A. Use a toothpick to gently clean the metal contacts on the earbuds and charging case to avoid dust or wax stains;

B. Clean the contacts of the earbuds and the charging case with an alcohol cotton swab; (especially the groove of the earbud contacts);

C. Rub them with clean napkins, press the earbuds with forces to eliminate loose contact with the case and charge them around 1.5 hours to try it out. (Ensure the case has enough battery life simultaneously).

 

3. Reboot your device and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:

 

Step 1. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2. Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged.

Step 3. Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button (not the earbuds) for 8 seconds until the LED indicator on both earbuds flash in purple 3 times.

Step 4. Search and reconnect “EarFun Air".

Hi!

I had the same problem with my EarFun Ais S headphones.

The LED on the left side earphone kept flashing blue, and the procedures above resolved it.

Point 3 was the solution.

I am also having the same issue and I just bought it in December 2023. This is crazy 

 

I have tried all the things you have on site to resolve and it's still not working
