Good morning,
I just received my new pair of AirPro 4 and while testing for the first time I realized that the touch controls are not working.
Before testing them I paired them to my phone and updated the software to the latest version as required.
When I perform the toches (1,2,3, prolonged) only the prolonged one on the left bud is working (noise control) while all the others are not, despite I hear sounds after the touches.
I tried to do a factory reset from the app hoping that would be the software update but after it the software version is still the same and the controls are still not working.
I also tried to reset the earphones by pressing 8 seconds the button on the case but nothing happened as well.
