No app support for more than one Earfun product

Hi,

as a matter of fact there had been no app support until now for models like the Earfun Air Pro and so on and there will never be any app support so i won't any longer use this earbuds. And of course i will not buy the only supported model.

So i decided to selll my buds to an very low price and to use only my JBL Buds and my Airpods Pro. both have an good or even well made app in which i am able to tune the buds as i like, bye bye Earfun!

I have written several times to the customer support, but all they are going to tell, huge differences between the older models and so no app support for them. This is an totally no go!!!

So feel free  to contact customer service by urself and tell them, too, what you think about.

Wow, another product with app support, the Earfun Air S.....but still no support for any older product of Earfun, that isn't funny and my Earfuns will no one buy so they will go the way to the recycling or they end up in the trash....not ever any other Earfun product in case of such less support.
