I notice there was some build up in the small holes of the headphones. I used the tool that was give to clean them. After there is no bass in either headphone. I have reseted the headphones, and made sure all my eq settings were default.

Hi OP, did you fix the problem? I am having the same issue right now.
Ich hatte das gleiche Problem und die gleiche Ursache, letztendlich konnte ich es lösen indem ich das kleine Loch nahe des Silikonaufsatzes (in meinem Fall mit Heißkleber) verschlossen habe.
Ich weiß klingt komisch aber jetzt ist der Bass wieder wie er war und das Mikrofon funktioniert noch immer gut.
