No lights on case

The LED lights on my EarFun 3 case are not lighting and I can't tell if my buds are charging?

Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

 

1. If your earphones support the EarFun Audio App, please check the battery level of the charging case in the app.

 

2. If the charging case can actually be charged but the light is not on, please let us know.

 

3. If the charging case can't be charged, we kindly suggest you use our original USB-C cable and try switching different cables also even sockets to exclude the reasons of external factors. If you have a wireless charger, could you please try charging the case for 3.5 hours via it? We kindly suggest you try to adjust the place and put the case in the centre of the charger.
