One side of Earfun Uboom L not playing audio

Hi, I recently purchased an Earfun Uboom L. It was working great up until today when one side (the side on the right) of the speaker stopped playing any audio. I had the device connected to a new macbook pro. The other side still works fine and both bass speakers still work. I tried dissconecting and reconnecting, turning it off and on, playing different content, letting it charge, and using the reset button via paperclip, but nothing seems to be able to get the broken side to play audio again.
