Random connecting & disconnected notifications

I received my air pro 3 earbuds a few weeks ago. They were working fine but the past 2 days I am getting random connected & disconnected notifications even when whatever I'm listening to is still playing. It is VERY frustrating to the point where i cant make it through a podcast withoutit happening 3 or 4 tines. At first I thought that it was because someone else in the house was playing with a separate Bluetooth connection but I'm at home alone and it keeps happening. Do I need to send them back?

Thanks for choosing EarFun.

May I ask if you have ever used the multi-point connection function? Please try resetting the headset to see if this helps.

Step 1: Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2: Place both earbuds into the charging case.

Step 3: Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for at least 10s until both earbuds flash in purple, and then the earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 4: After flashing purple, the earbuds will flash blue quickly. Do not take the earbuds at this time, wait for the earbuds to flash blue light slowly, and then search and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro 3".
