Randomly Pausing music and/or video

I recently purchased two pair of the  EarFun Air Pro 2 Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Wireless Earphones.  My daughter and I both have had moments when the earbuds will pause the music or video while still firmly in our ears.   I have changed out the ear tips to make sure it wasn't one of them holding the ear bud out farther than it should be.  Are these devices both defective?  Is there anything we can do to turn this feature off?

 We are afraid that it may be caused by the in-ear detection function. We kindly suggest you try switching other ear tips we offer to you and then wiggle tightly the earbuds to the best place to wear to have a try. You can also use some small stickers to block the light sensor area on the earbuds to check whether it is still the same issue.
