Hello,

I‘ve got earfun air pro 2 earbuds and after several months of use, the earbuds started to do a certain thing. After about 15 minutes from taking them, both of them suddenly stop, turn off, then the left earbud turns back on and the right doesnt. To get the right bud to work i  have to put it back into the case, close it, wait a while and then take it out again.

This seems to happen the most during the morning when im on a bus. Im not sure if this is an earbuds problem or some kind of interference problem. I will try it at home if it has the same problem.

Hi friend,

Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

As for the issue you encountered, we kindly suggest you try the below steps.

1. Please use the charging cable to charge the case for 2 hours.

2. A. Use a toothpick to gently clean the metal contacts on the earbuds and charging case to avoid dust or wax stains;

B. Clean the contacts of the earbuds and the charging case with an alcohol cotton swab; (especially the groove of the earbud contacts);

C. Rub them with clean napkins, press the earbuds with forces to eliminate loose contact with the case and charge them around 1.5 hours to try it out. (Ensure the case has enough battery life simultaneously).

3. Reboot your devices and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:

Step 1: Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2: Place both earbuds into the charging case.

Step 3: Keep the charging case open, press and hold the charging case button for at least 8s until both earbuds flash in purple, then earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 4: Search and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro 2".

Please also try the earbuds on different occasions to see if it is still the same issue.

If the above methods still could not solve your issues, please email our customer service team via service@myearfun.com or submit the warranty ticket on our official website: https://www.myearfun.com/process-warranty. EarFun provides an 18-month warranty for every product. Your satisfaction is always greatly important to us.

I have followed the steps, cleaned the buds, and reset them. First day was fine but then the problems repeated.

Also additional info: the right earbud seems to be on and still noise cancels, but doesnt play anything.

I will try to use them at home for a longer period of time to see if this persists.
