Sound quality deteriorated/Reset doesnt solve the problem

I got the Airfun Air Pro 4 two months ago. Suddenly the sound quality became very flat and breaking. I have reset the earbuds and it does not solve the problem. I am listening to spotify on my macbook and the sound should be good.
