Hello,

Is there anyway to solve this? I had the earfun air  pro  sv for about 5 months, normally no issues but now it seem to only work on one side? Like only for music wise, unable to simultaneously connect them.

Hi friend,

Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

As for the issue you encountered, we kindly suggest you try the below steps.

1. Please use the charging cable to charge the case for 2 hours.

2. A. Use a toothpick to gently clean the metal contacts on the earbuds and charging case to avoid dust or wax stains;

B. Clean the contacts of the earbuds and the charging case with an alcohol cotton swab; (especially the groove of the earbud contacts);

C. Rub them with clean napkins, press the earbuds with forces to eliminate loose contact with the case and charge them around 1.5 hours to try it out. (Ensure the case has enough battery life simultaneously).

3. Reboot your device and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:

Step 1. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2. Keep the earbuds out of the charging case, touch and hold the earbuds button for at least 8 seconds to power off both earbuds and make sure both earbuds are powered off.

Step 3. In power-off mode, touch and hold the button on each earbud at the same time for at least 10 seconds until they flash alternately in blue and white, then earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 4. Search and reconnect "EarFun Air Pro SV".

4. We also suggest you try to connect the earbuds to other models of devices to test whether it is still the same situation.

If the above methods still could not solve your issues, please email our customer service team via service@myearfun.com or submit the warranty ticket on our official website: https://www.myearfun.com/process-warranty. EarFun provides an 18-month warranty for every product. Your satisfaction is always greatly important to us.

Sincerely,

EarFun Customer Service Team

I'm having a similar issue. My left earbud turns on and connects, my right earbud rarely does.

Ive cleaned it with alcohol multiple times. To no avail.

Recently, I noticed that the right earbud never seems to turn off in the case - when the left bud is placed in the case, it's light turns white for a second then turns off. When the right earbud is placed in the case,  the white light blinks until I remove it. The blinking goes: on for a second, off for less than a half second.

There seems to be some criteria I can reach to get the white blinking to stop, but I don't know what that is. When it does happen is when my right earbud will connect the next time I take it out of the case.
