Hello.. Upon initial use it easily connectted by Bluetooth to one device (my phone). However, it will not connect to other devices. If I reset it then it will connect to my tablet but then it can not be found by any other device. How can this be resolved? Thx!

If you want to connect the speaker to a new device, you need to unpair the speaker from the device that's connected first, and then search on the new device and connect. Please kindly have a try.
