UBOOM L no sound output using bluetooth on laptop

Could you please send us your order number and shoot a video to show the issue?

Please show in the video that the computer can play music when the speakers are not connected, but the music plays without sound when the speakers are connected and the speakers are selected as the output device.

Is there a solution for this one because I have the same problem? The UBoom L works fine with all of our mobile devices and with my macbook. My hp laptop connects to the bluetooth but there is no sound output at all. 

Also using Windows 11 64-bit, HP 640 G10 and Intel BT module.

I am also experiencing the same problem. The issue appears to only be with Windows 11. Windows 10 and mobile devices work fine.

Same here - no audio on Win 11, Intel BT, Firmware 1.2.7.

I contacted Support via email a week ago with no response yet. 

This may be due to the following reasons:

1. Driver Incompatibility: The drivers may not be compatible with the latest operating system.

2. System Settings Changes: Windows 11 may have different audio settings or system management methods, which may require reconfiguration of audio devices or settings.

3. Updates and Patches: The computer may have unresolved bugs or compatibility issues that could affect the normal operation of audio devices.

4. Application and Service Changes: Some third-party audio management software or system services may behave differently on Windows 11 compared to Windows 10, potentially causing audio issues.

5. System Optimization and Adjustments: Different system optimization strategies may also impact the performance of audio devices.

To address these issues, you can try updating audio drivers, checking audio settings, or seeing if there are updates and patches available for Windows 11. If the problem persists, contacting the computer manufacturer's technical support may be helpful. We have not yet encountered issues where the UBOOM L connects but has no sound with Windows 11.

Hi all

I founded  the problem, just remove Handsfree Telephony in bluetooth service. 

Dont forget restart bluetooth after change.
