UBOOM L no sound output using bluetooth on laptop

Speaker connects to the laptop using bluetooth but does not output any sound. Speaker connects as audio device and also shows battery %age on pc Bluetooth device setting screen, but there is no sound output.

Once connected to laptop using bluetooth the speaker also becomes unresponsive. The volume and outdoor button don't do anything.

Speaker works perfectly with phone and MP3 player bluetooth connections.

I have tried downgrading to firmware 0.4.8(oluv) to solve the problem but it has not helped.

Speaker: Earfun UBOOM L

Firmware: 0.5.0 and 0.4.8(oluv)

Audio source: Laptop (Acer)

Laptop OS: Windows 11 (22H2)

Laptop Bluetooth Device: Intel AX211 (BT v5.3)

Could you please send us your order number and shoot a video to show the issue?

Please show in the video that the computer can play music when the speakers are not connected, but the music plays without sound when the speakers are connected and the speakers are selected as the output device.

Is there a solution for this one because I have the same problem? The UBoom L works fine with all of our mobile devices and with my macbook. My hp laptop connects to the bluetooth but there is no sound output at all.

Also using Windows 11 64-bit, HP 640 G10 and Intel BT module.
