I'd like some assistance with using the volume control function. I use several tap functions which work fine: next track, pause, open assistant. But volume control doesn't work (press and hold for more than 1 second). I have an Oppo A96. Thanks

Is the model of your earbuds is EarFun Air Pro? Kindly note that there is no volume control on the Air Pro earbuds. Please control the volume with your phone. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
