I would very much appreciate a response to my complaint submission: 

WEBW-Air Pro W-EPL-210331-86B040


It's been 4 days since you've known what technical problem I'm having with my headphones and since then contact with you has stopped! Will you leave me with defective headphones?


I look forward to your response and suggestions for solving the problem.
