Was the earfun app actually made for earfun earbuds?

I've been trying to connect to the app since yesterday and the app simply decided that it will never ever again connect to my Earbuds.  What is this?

May I know your earbuds model?

 

The EarFun Audio App is currently only compatible with the Air Pro 3, Air Pro 2(2023 version), Air Pro SV, Air(2023 version), Air S, Air 2, Free Pro 3, Free 2S, and Free 1S. It couldn't manage the previous model due to the software or firmware differences between different earbuds.

Hi! I see that now it's connecting consistently now, I am not going to connect with my account to avoid being locked out again. I think the latest update fixed the issue
