Windows 11 ANC

Greetings, I'm using SIP client on Android phone to make phone calls and it's available both on my Windows 11 laptop and also my phone. On my phone, the Earfun app is set to noise cancelling. 

I place echo test call to hear myself both from the SIP client on Android phone and then on laptop. On phone the mike is loud & clear, no background noise. I do the same from Windows and there's ton of background noise and such.

Any way to have the same ANC on Windows as there is on the phone?
