Work PC is fine/ Home PC Wont Work

When connecting my Ear Pro 3's to my work PC, I have no issues at all with using them.

When i connect them to my home PC, they connect, but they cut in and out continually in a  pattern, never continuosly playing audio.

Essentially, one word, blank, one word, blank, one word, blank...you get it.

I have no idea why.

I've tried al lthe rest and repairing steps.

Checked my drivers, unless there is a specific driver for windows 11 I should be using that im not aware of.

I dont get it.
