found workaround.

You need to disconnet the first paired device before pairing the second device.

Cannot pared the secong device if the first device is connected

After that both should be working

Anyone else still having issues? In my case, the earbuds are detected as audio device but not getting any sound. I am getting sound only if I select the output as an handset, but obviously sound quality is pretty bad that way. Tried to unpair the earbuds from phone, so now they are only paired with my PC but still same issue.

Tested on a windows 11 laptop and it was fine. The issue might be windows 10 only.

FYI, I had another issue on android 13 where I wouldn't be able to control the volume from the phone, but that was resolved with the latest firmware update.

I had the same problem on a Windows 11 desktop PC.

Here's the solution that worked for me:

1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Devices
Make sure you remove the EarFun Air Pro 3 from  from the list of devices

2. Put the Earfun headphones back in their black case.

3. Press and hold the bluetooth button in the black case.

4.  Go back to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Devices
This time click "Add device" and connect the Earfun headphones again.

This time you should see the EarFun  appear, as "Connected voice, music"
Now they should appear as an option in your PCs audio menu.
