I tried connect to two device (mobil phone and computer) simultaneously, unfortunately, I can only be connected to one device at a time.  I follow the instructions exactly:
Step1. Pair with the first device and stay connected.
Step2. Press triple MFB button quickly. The headphones will enter pairing mode and will disconnected from the first device.
Step3. Search on the second device to connect the headphones.
Step4. Manually reconnect the headphones on the first device.
-----

Unfortunately Step4  doesn't work.  I'm paired on both devices and there's always no problem connecting to the first of those devices (doesn't matter which one). Tripple MFB disconnect first device and I can connect second device, but first device  will not connect when trying to connect manually again.  After turning off and then turning on the headphones, only the device that was last active will be connected.  If I try to connect again with tripple MFB,  only another device will be connected and I will not connect the original one.
I have latest firmware version 0.4.0

Multipoint on my EarFun Air PRO 4  works without problems unlike these AirFun Wave PRO headphones.

Multipoint connection and LDAC cannot be simultaneously enabled due to chip limitations. When LDAC is activated, the multipoint connection will automatically turn off, and vice versa. To use multipoint connection again, please manually enable it in the app.

I had the same exact issue with my Wave Pro headphones. I've spent over an hour trying all combinations to get both my phone and tablet connected simultaneously to no avail. I even  searched the Interwebs until I came across  kajmik01's post in this support group.  It would have saved a lot of time if the instructions mentioned that you need to ENABLE  multipoint by using the app. Once I did that, the clouds parted, the angels sang, and I could get audio from both my devices!!!
