Ear Fun Air Pro 4 shipping and connection issues

I got my Earfun Air Pro 4s this Wednesday. I got it in a box, where dirt covered the plastic cover and actual box.

Other than that I enjoyed them but the headphones keep randompy stuttering and disconnecting with the phone on my person even on lower audio formats.

This happened with my Free Pro 3s too and among other issues.

Earfun always disappoints me on everything except the core reason I buy their products and its making me angry for the second time.

Genuinely wondering if I should refund it and buy a Moondrop 2

Also my biggest issue is that I ordered from your website directly and got no protective case at all which was an option with the Free Pros
