We kindly suggest you reboot your device and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:
Step 1. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.
Step 2. Place both earbuds into the charging case.
Step 3. Keep the charging case open, then touch and hold the button on each earbud at the same time for at least 10s until they flash alternately in blue and white then earbuds have been reset successfully.
Step 4. Search and reconnect “EarFun Free Pro 2".
After connecting, please leave the right earbud on the table without touching it to check whether it is still the same issue. Please also try to connect only one earbud (keep the other in the case and close the lid) to your device at a time to test.
