When I attempt to install "Media Product Tool" by double clicking the "setup.exe" file per instructions provided by myearfun.com, installation stops with the following message:
LID: 0x0409, C\Users\my name\Downloads\MSIen.msi
Can not find MSIen.msi file!
stop install
I have followed the instructions provided by earfun 20 times on 2 seperate windows 10 laptops, and can't get the tool to install. Any suggestions?

We kindly suggest you upgrade the system of your laptops and restart the laptops to have a try. Please download and unzip the folder Media Product Tool V2.10.05 first. We also suggest you change to another device to try.
