UBoom L is too big and Uboom Slim size is nice for my use-cases. However, It seems like the product is just created with no other follow-up support, for example, firmware update of the speaker like UBoom L. The only reply I got from the support team was that they redirected me to warranty support.
For example, this post that the Earfun UBoom Slim speaker connected via Bluetooth by the phone cannot keep the speaker in Sync. So what does it mean? the speaker has the MAX out the volume from the speaker, and then you control the sound volume from the connected phone. Then if the Speaker volume is set to mute even if you set the volume MAX on the connected phone it will not sync the volume level to the speaker. This is unacceptable in 2024 and even a cheap $10 speaker can control the speaker volume from phone why am I paying $99 that can't even do a simple thing.

I only need the support team to feedback to the developer so they can come up with a firmware fix for this but no action has been done. I am greatly disappointed with Earfun support team.
