Destroyed Charging Case

Hi,

I was cycling the other day with the earbuds in my ears and the charging case for my Air Pro 1's fell out of my pocket and a car behind me  ran over it and crushed it 😭. I don't really want to buy a whole new pair+charging case, as I can't afford the full price at the moment, but was wondering if there is anything else that you could offer/suggest?

Hi,

I emailed that email, service@myearfun.com,  on November 16th (so now exactly a month ago), but I am yet to receive any response from them. Do I just send a new one..?
