Hi friend,

Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We are afraid that the  touch control cannot be disabled.   As for the tap control, we kindly suggest you clean the tap area first and then tap the center point of the button to control. Sometimes, you may also need to control the rhythm and frequency of tapping and try several times more to be familiar with the operation and then you will touch the correct area and control the earbuds.

Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Sincerely,

EarFun Customer Service Team

Hi, please consider implementing the feature to disable touch controls. My earFun Air Pro SV are super sensitive, I'm mostly using them on the computer when taking them out and putting them on I always change volume or accidentially turning on/off Game mode oder ANC.

The feature to change touch controls is already in the app, so it shouldn't be that big of an issue right? This change would make the earphones just perfect!

I'll second the request to implement disabling touch controls.  From the Android control app, you can already disable single-touch actions, but you can't disable any of the other actions.  I was riding my bike and it was raining.  I had a rain jacket with my hood up, and the wet hood kept touching my earbuds and changing the volume, skipping tracks, starting up the voice assistant, toggling game mode, etc.  It was terribly annoying.

One more request for the same thing, and it's it  not just a nice feature to have, but a complete design flaw if you don't add it, I can't remember the last time I got so frustrated about an almost perfect product.

I'll give you an example you wouldn't imagine: sleeping on the side, with such confortable earbuds it could help so much to sleep in noisy environments...: but with ear fun if sleep on the left side you switch between normal-ambient-noise cancelling

if sleep in the right it's the voice control that just randomly start making phone calls in the middle of the night to people I haven't spoken to in years.

actually sleeping on the back is also only possible if sleep without a pillow, as anything touching the right side will make Siri go crazy

another example is hamacs, or anywhere your ears would touch some fabric.

another example is doing sport, and having to adjust the buds. Here's the thing, when the touch control takes the whole device, it's impossible to adjust the position without activating that touch control.

going so nuts with these things I'm gonna attempt breaking those touch control buttons, if I break them totally I'll get another brand

and this will become my absolute #1 criteria to buy my next earbuds
