My new Earfun Air Pro 4 is making a mild beeping/scratching noise, Seems like the noise is coming from the earbud processor. Noise is mostly coming from the left buds, often the right ones. Even when the music is not playing the weird electronic processing like beep-beep noise is still present. I am disappointed.
I emailed yesterday, but I am not sure how they will fix it. Looks like It is more of a hardware issue than software.
Please solve the issue or stop selling these earbuds. Kindly give us a proper reason why is this happening.
