I was using my air pro 3 earbuds perfectly fine yesterday when all of a sudden i put them on after an hour and the right earbud is not connecting with the left. In the bluetooth settings, they appear as two separate connections and now i cant even connect to the right earbud. When i put them in the case it closes for a second and then starts flashing in a faster rythm than the left one. I cannot sync them wich means i cannot even do a factory reset

I dont know what else to do, if there's any solution i'm happy to try it

Thank you

Hi Friend,

Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

As for the issue you encountered, we kindly suggest you try the below steps.

1. Forcefully clean the contacts of the earbuds and the charging case with an alcoholic cotton swab/alcohol-dipped cleaning stick.

2. Rub them with clean napkins and press the earbuds with force to eliminate loose contact with the case.

3. Use the charging cable to charge the case and earbuds for 2 hours.

4. Reboot your phone and reset the earbuds.

Step 1: Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2: Place both earbuds into the charging case.

Step 3: Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for at least 10s until both earbuds flash in purple, and then the earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 4: After flashing purple, the earbuds will flash blue quickly. Do not take the earbuds at this time, wait for the earbuds to flash blue light slowly, and then search and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro 3".

If the above method still could not solve your issues, please kindly send us your order number to our customer service team: service@myearfun.com or submit the warranty ticket on our official website: https://www.myearfun.com/process-warranty.

Sincerely,

EarFun Customer Service Team

I started having the same problem about a week ago.  Very frustrating. One connects and works, then the other one does not, round and round we go. Makes me wonder if a bug was introduced in a recent update in the app or  firmware.

However, at about the same time, I also started having similar issues with my HiBy W3 bluetooth dongle (when using Iphone), multiple connections to the same device. So perhaps it could be an OS issue. Especially if you are also using IPhone. I haven;t noticed the issue with Android yet, but that doesn;t mean it doesn;t exist.
