Hi, my left earbud is completely dead. The charging case is full though .i have tried resetting it by pressing the case button for 8 seconds but doesn't do much.i even tried to clean with alcohol and brush but no luck. My right earbud flashing rapid blue light , seems like indicating some sort of error but seriously have no idea. it's so frustrating ,since they are only 6 months old.i have emailed the customer service with my order number and receipt but haven't received any updates from them either.
Seems like they dont care for their customers. I am sure i am not only one with the problem but earfun should be more responsible for their faulty products.
