Hello, I had my earfun pro 3 for exactly one year and it was all fine. I'm regularly updating my firmware and take care of them very well.
For a month or so the ANC doesn't do the job it supposed to. It won't make the isolation it did before, it feels exactly like the normal state.
I made - hard reset, factory reset, charged the case, reinstalled the app, reconnected it to my phone. Nothing helps. What gives? One year and the only feature I bought this pair for is broken? Not ok. Please give me a solution.
